La Veranda del Color In Bardolino

Hotel guests we chose to dine in the restaurant room. Dinner is preceded by a visit to the wine cellar where the kind and attentive staff, together with the chef, presents an aperitif prepared with care in flavor and presentation. Everything can be accompanied by a wine of your choice. Afterwards you are accompanied to the room for dinner. The glass room which houses a few tables, elegantly looked after, overlooks a garden with swimming pool, the lights are very suggestive in the evening. The kind and knowledgeable staff presents the dishes prepared with professionalism and passion by the chef, all very pleasant on the palate. The refined choice of dishes and glasses suits the artistic vein of the environment. You can choose from various menus differing in terms of the number of dishes and the price. The visit to the chef's table accompanied by the waiter at the end of the dinner was much appreciated.

Nonostante fossimo i soli presenti nel ristorante la vigilia di Natale, abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento molto particolare da parte di tutti, chef, maitre e personale di sala. Conoscevamo già la cucina frequentando questo ristorante e l'hotel già da qualche anno. Merita sempre- Consigliatissimo.

December 2nd. This year I wanted to celebrate my birthday at the Veranda del Color. The welcome was extraordinary, starting from the reception and ending with the room staff. Chef Fabio Cortella's cuisine is a riot of colors and flavours. We chose the "Orizzonte" menu precisely to honor the mastery of the chef, savoring his history. What can I say... it was a surprising journey all accompanied by a vast selection of excellent wine cellars. The pork cooked at low temperature is extraordinary, not to mention the risotto, the chef's workhorse. I also wanted to compliment all the kitchen and dining staff for their exquisite professionalism. Finally, thanks to Maître Franco, for an impeccable service and goodbye to Chef Fabio. Compliments!!! You can expect to taste unique dishes made from the very best ingredients while also eating in an amazing setting where the restaurant tables are not to close to each other. The art in the decor design is the first thing you see when you enter the restaurant and it will keep you looking at it for the duration of the evening. The staff are professionals and took very good care of our every whim, whether to discuss about wine or the dishes. They are clearly invested into providing a very high quality service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and whenever we are in Italy again, we will surly drop by for an amazing evening.

The evening spent with friends at this restaurant was elevated to a higher level thanks to the exclusive and refined foods served here. The romantic atmosphere, accompanied by the sweet melody of live music, created an environment of pure enchantment. The impeccable service added a touch of class to this unforgettable experience. In short, a place where culinary perfection blends with charm and beauty, turning every visit into a memorable experience.
