Atmosfera molto piacevole in questo locale di grande fascino nel centro storico proprio sotto la Pieve. Un’arredamento che valorizza la bellezza di questo ambiente! Un menù studiato fatto di piatti della tradizione rivisitati senza eccessi! Qualità alta dei prodotti, e un’ottima cantina. Veramente eccellente ogni proposta non ultima la pasticceria davvero superlativa. Grande professionalità e gentilezza dello staff preparato presente ma non invadente.

Very good pizza, fine and crunchy, average prices. The pizza is offered in the form of a cutting board, with toppings that can also be varied on the same cutting board. A cutting board corresponds approximately to three portions of pizza. For three, therefore, the cost per person is optimized (cutting board prices from 12 to 16 Euros, depending on the garnishes). Garnishes sometimes a little rustic: e.g. thickness of the vegetables for the pizza topping: thick vegetables prevent cooking while the pizza is in the oven and do not characterize its flavour; similarly, the topping porcini mushrooms should be defrosted or sautéed before being put on the pizza, or cut finer, otherwise they will not defrost enough while cooking the pizza. When the place is crowded it becomes noisy. We went for the Spanish evening. The main positive note was the fair price. We didn't like the dishes. Perhaps it is not suitable for a family-run and typical place like La Pieve: it is more gratifying that it continues to offer its forte, typical dishes and pizza. On a cold winter's day the place wasn't heated enough. White Pieve pizza with courgettes and sausage to try.

Simple, rustic but comfortable environment

Ristorante in pieno centro storico. Molto carino, anche se molto piccolo. Piatti con prodotti tipici, ma innovativi nella preparazione. Perianale attento e prezzi nella norma. Unico neo ..manca una carta dei vini e si sceglie il vino senza sapere il prezzo.

I was there last night for the umpteenth time. The pizza is excellent. The impeccable service. I advise. The normal environment like many others, a bit too much confusion, but it depends on the people who talk and shout instead.

Buon cibo e abbondante servito da una cameriera molto attenta e precisa ,posto semplice ma molto carino e ha prezzi modici....Ve lo super consiglio io non lo conoscevo ,ci sono stata con due amici che già sapevano le qualità di questo posto e ne sono rimasta davvero sorpresa soprattutto dal prezzo finale veramente modico .... PROVARE per credere.
