Ristorante La Grave In Castellana grotte

We spent only one night there which was enough to consider the structure very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Rich and varied breakfast, not to mention the wellness center which offers moments of pure relaxation. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location very close to the caves, comfortable beds, we slept very well. Excellent breakfast, pleasant atmosphere, everything clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We can highly recommend the hotel.

We did a spa trip as a couple. The spa itself is very small and includes a hydromassage tub, a sauna room, a Turkish bath room and an emotional shower. Everything is very clean and the even more exceptional thing is that being small it allows you to enjoy that hour without the presence of anyone else so you can truly relax and be comfortable. Plus we had the massage and based on my little knowledge on the subject I can say that the masseuse was really very good and polite, putting us at ease. The boy in the hall was also very polite and kind in explaining everything to us as it happened. I recommend this experience, we will return as soon as possible.

Excellent service and top quality food

We stayed in this hotel which is practically next to the caves, less than 1 min walk. Very clean and organized hotel, very kind staff, we asked several evenings if it was possible to prepare baby food and heat baby food for our baby and although the room was rightly closed at that time they were always very kind to let us into the kitchen and let us prepare it. One day we didn't know where to have lunch, it was almost 3pm, they were very kind to keep the kitchen open for us at the "da Ciccio" restaurant which is connected to the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect and the ladies very helpful. Perhaps I would improve the furnishings of the rooms, although it is well maintained, it is a little dated. As for breakfast, it was good in quality but not abundant, there wasn't a great variety but perhaps due to the fact that there weren't many guests as it was a somewhat static period of the year (February). Only two sore points: 1) the "double bed", are two single mattresses, pushed together. Very uncomfortable for us, then with a child in the middle of the bed, very uncomfortable especially for him. 2) the soundproofing of the rooms, we could perfectly hear the conversations in the next room, despite the windows and doors being closed, and the noises and coughing of the gentleman upstairs. For the rest, I definitely recommend it and would happily return.

My rating is based only on the experience of the spa, excellent quality/price.

Sono stato l ultima volta presso il park hotel la grave per il cenone di San Silvestro. Al solito nonostante il numero elevato di partecipanti siamo stati accolti (come tutti gli ospiti) con molta cordialità dal titolare e dal responsabile di sala, la serata e stata un successo, il cibo al solito era squisito come anche il beverage, ma come ho esposto più in dettaglio, pranzare o cenare a La grave e garanzia di farlo bene. Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale per visitare le grotte. Camere molto pulite e ben attrezzate. Servizio Sky in camera.

Ritorno sempre con grande piacere e qualche settimana fa ho portato le mie collaboratrici per una giornata di relax in chiave vegana: spa, cena, pernottamento e colazione. È stato un gran successo, sono state tutte entusiaste. Un particolare ringraziamento a Francesco il giovane chef del ristorante Da Ciccio, che ci ha deliziato con un menù vegano davvero squisito. Consigliatissimo ❤️
