Un po’ di tempo che non tornavo e debbo dire che Roberto si conferma un bravo chef,che ci mette impegno e passione per ciò che fa. Consiglio vivamente lo spaghetto al nero di seppia con cacio,pepe e polpa di gamberi. Gentilissimo il cameriere,mi è piaciuto il fatto che la cantina è composta solo da vini toscani e autoctoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo promosso,alla prossima!

Frequento il locale da diversi anni , e lo chef Roberto e il suo staff , ogni volta regalano una esperienza unica . Menu ogni volta diverso , che sorprende gusto e palato alla scoperta delle proposte della cucina , sempre diverse e sempre accattivanti . Se volete coccolarvi con emozioni culinarie spettacolari scoprite questo posto fuori dalle rotte turistiche . Ogni volta è una conferma della professionalità e della creatività di un grande Chef , schivo , ma che dal suo regno ( la cucina ) sa trasmettervi sensazioni uniche . Complimenti

18/04/2024: I ordered a pizza with seafood, I don't discuss the quality itself because it varies from person to person, according to my taste the base is too thick making the pizza hard to cut...the edge was very good even if a little "rubbery" ", nothing irreparable... the real flaw was the seasoning, the use of better quality products would be ideal and being a little more careful to drain the ingredients well because the pizza was full of liquid (as soon as I lifted the slice of pizza , everything fell out) all in all I had a good time, the price is normal even if 6 euros for a Moretti beer is really excessive and the à la carte menu has truly mind-boggling prices. the waitress who served me was smiling and friendly, they didn't make a fuss about the dog I had so this was more important. Perhaps I will return, but I would recommend reviewing the food prices a bit because they are very very high.
