Very good fusion cooking and great service too

A restaurant offering unusual dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine. We had lunch here a few years ago and remembered that they had typical Italian dishes. Since we were staying in the same hotel this time, I reserved a table without looking at the website first. We were surprised to find chopsticks instead of cutlery on the table. We then found many varieties of sushi on the menu that you would otherwise not find or very rarely find in typical Japanese restaurants. Also unusual: wasabi was grated fresh at the table, something I've never seen before in Europe. Before the meal, an extensive amuse gueule was served, which consisted of three different small dishes and in addition to the dessert we ordered, there was a "candy floss tree" with several sweets underneath. Overall, however, we found the prices to be too high and the dining room to be too loud.

Continua esplosione di sapori eccellenti ed innovativi. Piatti davvero sorprendenti ed elaborati anche esteticamente. Sicuramente le materie prime sono ricercatissime, ma forse i prezzi potrebbero essere un po' più moderati. Personale competente e molto disponibile.

L'ambiente del locale è gradevole e lo staff molto gentile. Siamo stati di sabato sera e purtroppo il servizio è stato molto, molto lento ma il personale, oltre a scusarsi con noi, ci ha offerto un dolce in più oltre a quello che avevamo ordinato: un albero decorato con zucchero filato e piccola pasticceria alla base. La qualità del sushi è oggettivamente molto alta e sono proposti piatti con ingredienti e abbinamenti non scontati. I dolci sono davvero ottimi, la crema catalana era squisita. C'è anche un menù alla carta per chi volesse piatti più tradizionali.
