Excellent food, service a little slow.

I hadn't been there in a while and I found the outside a bit neglected. The garden is beautiful and so are the outdoor spaces, but they should be looked after more. The room is always very beautiful, the service impeccable. The cuisine however disappointed me a bit, I remembered it being better. Dishes perhaps too simple for a banquet, but it also depends on taste. In general, a lot of potential, not fully exploited.
