Nice and well-kept restaurant. Excellent service. There is little choice on the menu. All good but the rare steak is still overcooked (at least for my taste). Access only via the hotel entrance.

Ristorante dell’Hotel Aemilia. Ambiente elegante e raffinato, ottimo servizio e cucina di livello. Dalla tartare fino al ahi di cinghiale, il brasato e la bavarese al cioccolato. Tutto ottimo.

I came one evening with two of my friends, all three of us had different dishes and they were all very good. The place is very refined with young but knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Ottimo ristorante, per coppie e per famiglie. Alta qualità dei prodotti, preparazioni adeguate. Primi tradizionali molto buoni. Giusto il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

01/04/2024: Great food, mediocre service. The Cotoletta Petroniana was delicious, but very light on sides, with just a few lonely pieces of roasted potatoes (another table also had some small salad on the plate, but it was missing on ours). The tiramisu is excellent, creamy with crunchy chocolate bits, assuming you can get it out of the espresso maker it comes in. The service lets this place down, the staff is more interested in smoking outside and chatting with friends, and had to be reminded of our wine and dessert orders, which they forgot.
26/03/2024: Top location and environment, dining in the center and feeling at home was wonderful. Excellent food and the helpfulness of the staff was impeccable. The attention to the customer and the attention to detail in the service make this bistro the ideal place to spend an evening with friends. Thank you Carla and Paolo for your professionalism.

19/03/2024: Very tasty food made from regional ingredients. The price-performance ratio is completely right, the portions are rather small, but they are also intended more as appetizers. Very nice view from up there.
17/03/2024: A day as beautiful as a world of fairies. Aurora 3 years old ❤️
