If you go towards Rosignano from Vada I recommend stopping at the Enoteca Graziani. Actually, even if it's not on the street, my suggestion is to go there, because the old stables have been splendidly adapted into the typical restaurant of yesteryear. Excellent menu and wide choice of wines. The service is exquisite, impeccable but informal. There is also a cool outdoor veranda if the evening is particularly hot. I had dinner with my wife several evenings as I stayed in the adjacent Villa Graziani, trying different dishes and finding them well cooked and served. Vermentino reigns supreme among the whites and the various Bolgheri fill the choice of reds; there are a couple of rosés and some prosecco. The price is adequate for the quality. Of note is the type of pasta cuts, produced in the farmhouse that completes the structure.
