Great address, but the staff is disorganized and disastrous. We call them, they say they are coming, but prefer to chat among themselves... After 20 minutes of waiting for 2 mini beers, we go to pay the bill, they charge us for 1 of the 2... we go back and ask the owner and the waiter tells us that the beer is ready... anyway... 30 minutes after it was made... hot and without gas....

Good restaurant on the lakeside of Arona. I suggest you focus on traditional Piedmontese dishes and those from the lake. Friendly staff. Good prices.

The food was ok, nothing to make you say wow but still good. The terrible service, the sneering of the waiters was very annoying, it felt like we were being taken for a ride. The oil on the table had expired and the cleaning is minimal, with the kitchen open you cannot see a stain of black oil from the hood on the worktop behind the grill, which is also dirty. At this point don't do it in sight! Or at least clean it properly... I recommend it only for the quality/price and the strategic position. The rest is boredom as Califano said.
