This restaurant located in Vicarello has an internal room and a garden veranda. I recommend it because apart from the extraordinary kindness and helpfulness of all the people who work there, the dishes are really good. I threw myself on the fish. Mixed starter and crostini, Salmon lasagne (very delicate and tasty at the same time) and Stewed cuttlefish... Truly noteworthy. The meat is also very good, you can see that they are professionals... If there is no time to sit down, takeaway is also possible. I hope to eat here again soon!;

Chef David is very, very good and prepares excellent fish dishes. I personally recommend the Catalan or the tuna steak. Services and environment typical of a trattoria. Good price

A good restaurant that is always very popular, better to book on weekends. The food is good and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately last time they had removed the ground main courses so if you don't like fish... The prices are honest on average.

Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno in questo ristorante della provincia di livorno. Ottime le materie prime e anche abbondanti le porzioni. Menù contenuto ma di ottima qualità integrato da qlc piatto fuori menù credo in base alla stagionalità e a quello che il mercato ittico locale offre!!! Menzione particolare alla catalana davvero super!! Siamo stati molto bene ed abbiamo speso una cifra ragionevole per quello che abbiamo mangiato w bevuto. Complimenti all intera brigata ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Ideal for dinner before boarding for Sardinia. Cozy place, few tables, family atmosphere, all very pleasant. Fish dishes with vegetables: black cabbage and squid crostoni, bottled house white wine. Spent right.

Location un po’ vecchia ma gradevole, la catalana molto buona ma cara, gli altri piatti sono nella norma, alla fine c’è uscita una buona cena. Il servizio molto lento non adeguato alla mole di lavoro del locale, carta vini ridotta di cui molti mancanti….

22/12/2023: Located in the picturesque town of San Piero in Campo, Hotel La Rosa is a quaint hotel which offers comfortable rooms at an affordable price. The facilities are well kept and the staff is very friendly. Hotel La Rosa is one of the few hotels that operate year-round in the Island of Elba and the rooms are climate-controlled. There’s a public parking lot within walking distance which is convenient. And don’t forget to try the pizza from the hotel’s pizzeria.
