Ristorante da Nico e Lilly In Tropea

It's been a while since I've been back... first of all, I really appreciated the location with very refined equipment and perfect equipment. An exquisite trio of tartare, as was the very tasty and harmonious cacio e pepe with mussels: I feared it would be a risky choice, but instead it was a truly successful dish. My husband had a superlative porcini and truffle fillet! Super generous portions. Well done, keep it up!

Gusto amore passione e gentilezza sono gli ingredienti che qui abbiamo avuto modo di gustare in una domenica ottobrina ancora estiva. La raffinatezza dei piatti abbinati alla tradizione ed alla simpatia di Giuseppe che ci ha accolti con discrezione e spontaneità. Ottima la frittura di calamari, il baccalà con peperoni e cipolla eccezionale! I dolci hanno coronato egregiamente l ottimo pranzo in questa location da ritornare! Complimenti ragazzi!

On behalf of the B&B where we stayed overnight, we decide to book for the evening. Let me start by saying that there were 14 of us, plus it was Saturday evening. We were not very happy with the outside, let's say nothing that could attract attention, but once inside the location was very welcoming and well furnished. We were immediately greeted by the 2 waiters who quickly seated us, served us drinks, and shortly took our orders. Waiting time? Practically enough time to admire the walls with the many wines available when the first courses arrived. The tongs were really good, the fish first courses were equally good, the grilled fish tasted divine, not to mention the desserts, truly excellent. Well what can I say, service, experience, quality, kindness, but above all price, everything was perfect and 5 stars, we were all happy, Nico and Lilly are excellent restaurateurs. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Typical Calabrian and Tropean dishes, delicious and with fresh, artisanal products. Excellent staff. Excellent position. If you want typical food, this is the right place

Una figata pazzesca. Questo posto trovato per caso, un po’ appartato dal caotico centro di Tropea ma al contempo vicinissimo. Offre una vastissima scelta di prodotti senza glutine deliziosi e fatti al momento. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo mangiato qui due sere di fila ( solo due sere perché lo abbiamo scoperto gli ultimi due giorni di ferie ) ed entrambe le sere abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Il servizio è ottimo. Il cibo è sopraffino, mangiare qui è un percorso che ti avvolge partendo dagli antipasti, poi primi, secondi ed i dolci sono immancabili perché sono spaziali. Rispetto ai ristoranti del centro qui si respira un aria “pulita” dove i prezzi non sono solo gonfiati per cibo mediocre, ma, il prezzo qui è forse anche troppo basso per tutto il contorno del ristorante e per l’alta qualità offerta dei prodotti. Bravissimi a tutti. Se torniamo a Tropea torneremo sicuramente, anzi dobbiamo tornare solo per la mousse ai fichi.
