We had dinner there in 1994. The food was so outstanding we still talk about it. Actually, one of us has written a book and mentioned it: Ships, Trips and Friends in Great Places by Douglas T. Nelson. The paté, the bruschetta, the 3 different pastas… and just as we thought we were too full, the Fiorentina on a huge plate perfumed with rosemary! Then the fig tart and the home made after dinner liqueur!!!!

A delicious dinner, fast and friendly service. Family atmosphere, large but not noisy. Delicious desserts and very well presented. The meat obviously exceeded all expectations!

17/03/2024: Finally after more than a year we managed to return to Tuscany. An obligatory stop is L'osteria dei Vignaioli where, welcomed by a friendly and efficient staff, we had dinner. Now having dinner is an understatement, because the dishes offered are of another level, the good Maurizio in his kitchen brings out wonders from appetizers to desserts, top quality products treated with respect. The legendary Fiorentina is the softest, juiciest and tastiest I have ever eaten. A special thanks to Maurizio and Simona who, in addition to being wonderful hosts, are also very honest in their prices, compared to the quality offered. P.S. during the period spent in Tuscany we stayed with them for two dinners and one lunch. SEEING IS BELIEVING
