Ristorante Da Martino In Sessa aurunca

Mondragone has had power problems so we decided to venture a little further for dinner, how lucky were we to stop at this restaurant… My mother is Italian and we have been coming to this area for 50 years never have we had such lovely fresh food ,cooked to perfection. Friendliness in a very welcoming and familiar environment

Easy to find, being located right on the highway. Spacious and clean environment. Outside there is space for parking and sitting. Wood-fired oven, very extensive pizza menu for the preparation of which the excellent local mozzarella is used. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices more than fair.

I went today, to tell the truth the context in my opinion is not a restaurant, (pizzeria - inn) I had lunch, my wife and our dog had a good time, good food and normal prices. Friendly staff, at the exit on the right there is a very nice green space with benches, a cool area that comes from the sea. I will definitely go back. I recommend trying it for yourself.

I went there for the first time because my father has spoken well of it to me for a lot of years, because he had memories of more than twenty years ago linked to that place, but honestly for me it is too dated, tables, chairs, etc. You can see that they have never been changed and the place hasn't been renovated for a long time, but I must say that they were very kind, even if there was only one person, I don't know if it was the owner, and he was both a waiter and others. things, the wait was quite long for the dishes, the starters were excellent, the gnocchi were the best I've seen in a restaurant in a long time, while I didn't like the paccheri with seafood, you can see they were frozen ingredients ,but it must be considered that I went on a weekday, and out of season, in fact we were alone in the restaurant, and perhaps for this reason the seafood was not fresh, as far as the bill is concerned, a fair price, neither expensive nor appropriate. cheap, but overall considering that apart from a few criticisms the cuisine was good, the place is good and the food is quite good, if it were just a little more modern, or with a modernization I would gladly go back, but currently it's not the type of restaurant I prefer.
