This hotel is our favorite place. When we want to relax and enjoy beautiful days pampered by an enchanting place and an attentive and helpful family environment and where, last but not least... you eat like God, let's come here Highly recommended!

In this wonderful place you find a family as Gianni with his wife Loredana and his splendid daughters make you feel at home. They manage to pamper you and satisfy you in everything and satisfy you for anything. The rooms are very welcoming and always very clean with ultra-comfortable mattresses. The cuisine is excellent with the use of exclusively local and quality products and the pizza cooked strictly in a wood oven is the jewel in the crown. We will return soon as we have done in recent years.

Pranzo fantastico!! Ravioli con ricotta favolosi.... surgi con le foglie meravigliosi.... carne di agnello con fagioli strepitosa.... senza parlare dei dolci..... insomma non si può mancare di provare tutto ciò🤪 inoltre servizio da persone super gentili e competenti e location meravigliosa. Anche per i bambini che hanno il loro spazio dedicato. Cosa volere di più?♥️

Third week of July, excellent room even though the hotel was very busy for the period, we had a good time and the room was excellent with a view of the town and the valley. We will definitely be back, perhaps to try the autumn period.

Sosta pranzo per assaggiare cibi abruzzesi, se cercate la genuinità e la freschezza questo è il posto giusto. Non mancate di ordinare i ravioli di ricotta, senza esagerare un estasi di sapori. La ricotta di pecora appena fatta, la sfoglia consistente e ruvida al punto giusto, conditi con una semplice salsa di pomodoro che esalta il piatto. Polpette al formaggio ( ricetta tipica abruzzese delle pallone cacio e ovo), super..... Non dico altro, per non togliere la curiosità dell'assaggio. Ritorneremo per provare gli altri piatti, e ritorneremo perché la zona merita più di una sosta. Turisticamente Castel del Monte ha prerogative nascoste, dalle passeggiate, trekking e percorsi ciclistico.... Senza parlare di un paese che è uno scrigno di bellezze. Continuate a valorizzare questi luoghi!!

Ottimo soggiorno. Pulizia, cortesia e professionalità. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cucina con i sapori tipici del posto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel ben organizzato e gestito per la visita del parco nazionale. Camere pulite e spaziose, ottimo cibo con i buoni ingredienti locali. Sale comuni molto comode.

03/04/2024: Easter lunch in the most beautiful square in Italy, where the manifestation of the Madonna who runs away makes it decidedly unique. Here Camilla's Bistrot is located with a view of the square and tables on the terrace, I had lunch with my family at Easter and I am here to review a place that is difficult to find today, the quality of the raw materials reigns supreme in this place, the cuisine simple and genuine like Abruzzo deserves to be described. I won't go into too much detail, the appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, fried foods and vegetables, the sublime goat cheese and egg which is a tradition here at Easter, like the lasagna they served us as a first course and the handmade pappardelle with excellent boscaiola sauce. For the second course, local lamb with potatoes and salad, strawberries and Chantilly for dessert, Marramiero Rose' wine, water and coffee. Not an honest price, for Easter and the way we had lunch, 60 euros I think is the minimum for these guys who work with dedication from the early hours of the morning to be able to bring home-made bread, pasta and the rest to the table. Nice and welcoming place, impeccable service in a packed place, I have nothing else to add, well done, well done.
01/04/2024: We stopped for two glasses and an aperitif. Good wine and the right platter of appetizers.

02/04/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to L'Aquila, even if for a quick visit, the course almost completely redone and the places all full including this very famous bar, we had a simple aperitif and a coffee with delicious nougat cream. The owners happy to see so much movement and I am happy to see a warm recovery of this city.
07/03/2024: A delicious breakfast: fragrant and generous croissants, excellent soy cappuccinos, excellent coffee and special donut. Cozy, warm, well-kept historic environment in the heart of L'Aquila. Courteous, professional and welcoming service. We also purchased typical products: Nurziatella, small nougats, biscuits. Everything really excellent and well packaged. We'll be back!
