Business lunch, suggestive place on the station platform, excellent food, typical Abruzzo, to perfection. Prices more than fair.

The fame of this place, which has been in Teramo for several years and therefore now consolidated, as well as the best reviews, are confirmed with regards to the quality, freshness of the products and quantity, which is equally important. As regards the quality-price ratio, it is certainly more than acceptable: it can always be improved but, given that the products are of excellent quality, especially for meat, even with foreign varieties, you cannot expect much more. The menu card should, probably also from a graphic point of view, be improved, made more readable and immediate, perhaps merged (three different sheets), given that for example the wine list could not be found. Among the dishes we tried, the meat was certainly excellent, especially the Irish one, and a sweet pizza, practically a cake with sponge cake, alkermes, creams and chopped dried fruit, typical of Teramo, truly exquisitely made. As regards the service, however, it certainly needs to be improved, not because the staff is not valid, courteous and helpful but because there is evident considerable disorganization and some sort of rivalry between the waiters, who are also visibly tired and worn out, so it probably needs also a greater turnover in shifts. Sometimes the tables, not just ours, were served with a considerable delay and, while waiting, the customer was not brought a drink or even something to nibble on. The wait, when it exceeds a quarter of an hour/twenty minutes, becomes unnerving and almost annoying, some customers even leave in certain cases, which was not the case with us. Therefore, apart from greater organisation, which is certainly necessary in order not to disappoint customers, the experience is certainly worth having and recommending. Furthermore, the place is very characteristic and particular, practically overlooking platform 1, probably unique in its kind

La fama di questo locale, a Teramo da diversi anni e quindi ormai consolidata, così come anche le migliori recensioni, sono confermate per quanto riguarda la qualità, la freschezza dei prodotti e la quantità, altrettanto importante. Per quanto concerne il rapporto qualità-prezzo, è sicuramente più che accettabile: si può sempre migliorare ma, trattandosi di ottima qualità dei prodotti soprattutto per la carne, anche con varietà straniere, non si può pretendere moltissimo di più. La carta del menù andrebbe, probabilmente anche dal punto di vista grafico, migliorata, resa più leggibile ed immediata, magari accorpata (tre fogli diversi), visto che non si trovava per esempio la lista dei vini. Tra i piatti da noi provati, sicuramente ottima la carne, soprattutto quella irlandese, e una pizza dolce, praticamente una torta con pan di spagna, alkermes, creme e granella di frutta secca, tipica teramana, veramente fatta in maniera squisita. Per quanto riguarda invece il servizio, è sicuramente da migliorare, non perché il Personale non sia valido, cortese e disponibile ma perché è evidente una notevole disorganizzazione è una qualche sorta di rivalità tra i camerieri, peraltro visibilmente stanchi e provati, quindi probabilmente si necessita anche di un maggiore ricambio in turnazione. A volte i tavoli, non soltanto il nostro, venivano serviti con un notevole ritardo e, nell'attesa, al Cliente non viene portato da bere e neanche da sgranocchiare qualcosa. L'attesa, quando supera il quarto d'ora/venti minuti, diventa snervante e quasi fastidiosa, alcuni Clienti addirittura vanno via in certi casi, non è stato il nostro caso. Quindi, tolta una maggiore organizzazione, necessaria sicuramente per non deludere la Clientela, l'esperienza è sicuramente da fare e consigliare. Il posto, oltretutto, è molto caratteristico e particolare, praticamente affacciato al binario 1, probabilmente unico nel suo genere

Sono stato qui in una cena di reparto ed ho potuto notare la varia proposta delle carni che posso dire sulla carta mi ha soddisfatto. Peccato per il prezzo alto
