While remaining in the Massa Marittima area, Luca and Francesco take you on a journey through their wine and culinary proposals. The research and passion that accompanies each dish brings with it a story, the result of a union between multiple cultures. Here, every consistency and contrast opens the mind towards a new way of conceiving taste and consequently brings us closer to the world itself. This is what I learned in my travels and this is what I found from Bracali. The artistic skill is visible in the images, but you have to try the taste experience to understand...
