Clean and quiet rooms. Convenient parking outside the hotel. Breakfast is good but not very rich but offers an amazing view.

We had booked a one day stay, however one of our party had car trouble , and we had to book an extra night . The owner arranged a wine tasting tour for us also arranged a restaurant after and also as we had no transport he arranged for us to be picked up and returned . We could have asked no more from these wonderful people and our stay was marvelous. The owners can not do enough for there guests. The adjoining bar serve wonderful wine and beer. The rooms were more than spacious and comfortable and the view over the valley is outstanding.

Hotel położony w bajecznej okolicy z zapieracymi oddech widokami. Przyjechaliśmy z znajomymi dość późno i jadąc tam zastanawialiśmy gdzie ta nawigacja nas prowadzi...dopiero na miejscu okazało się że to przecudowna miejscówka z super włoskim klimatem. Śniadania bardzo pyszne, cudne winogrona :) i przepiekne widoki z stoliczków. Pokoje czyste i jak dla nas było wszystko czego nam potrzeba. Niestety komunikacja tylko po włosku lub na migi, ale daliśmy radę:)

Il vecchio portico

27/02/2024: Traditional Tuscan restaurant. Good service, average wait. Delicious anduja and buffalo pizza. Good quality beer. Professional staff. I will definitely return
03/12/2023: It's my historic restaurant. I've been going there practically for over 30 years. When it was on Via Empolese it was called Trattoria da Osvaldo, and I remember that it was an obligatory destination for truck drivers. With this I'll let you imagine the type of cuisine and the quality/quantity of the portions, basically what perfectly embodies the phrase "typical Tuscan cuisine". The ragù has now become a "must" also for my children who I bring there periodically. Fundamentally simple dishes but like grandmothers made them on Sunday lunch. They also make delicious pizzas for takeaway too. There is no world without Il Portico!

19/11/2023: Pranzo a base di tartufo. Con due antipasti due primi un secondo e un dolce e vino illimitato ad un prezzo di 55€. Secondo me prezzo e qualità giusti Mi sono piaciuti molto i tagliolini con burro e tartufo e anche Ottimo l uovo con tartufo e zucca. Nel complesso piatti gustosi e tartufo grattato in abbondanza. Non aveva un gusto molto forte ma comunque piacevole. Come vino buono anche il barbera proposto Nel complesso buon pranzo Strada non facile sugli Appennini tra Piemonte e Liguria C'è possibilità però di parcheggio
17/10/2023: Purtroppo sono rimasto deluso avevo delle aspettative alte visto le recensioni però purtroppo ho trovato i funghi fritti unti e i taglierini ai funghi e gamberi praticamente senza sale, molto buono il controfiletto nel fieno, e i dolci, bene anche il servizio.
