Sandrino is the innkeeper par excellence, friendly, elegant and easy-going, he has an ace up his sleeve: he focuses everything on the quality of the local products, the tradition of both Romagna and Tuscany, homemade giardiniera, exquisite lard and cured meats, simply delicious raviggiolo , and then panzanella and ribollita but also cappelletti and passatelli! The place is welcoming and particular, and the restaurant has an intelligent and refined taste research.
In short, there are no flaws, and you can't believe it in these times of tourist traps!
Icing on the cake? The fig semifreddo was really tasty and the bill was really cheap for the royal welcome they gave us!

Second time for us, since the first time we didn't taste everything. Alessandro has great mastery in knowing how to sell the best product
There were six of us and we had an appetizer for three with porcini croutons, excellent pâté and the cheese one, excellent and strange.
Delicious cold cuts like those from the butcher made at home by the grandparents
Excellent first courses, I really liked the white deer ragout as well as the wild boar ragout, Florentine steaks cooked rare which do not leave the broth on the plate given the long maturation as tender as butter and we want to talk about the cured veal cheek
We will definitely go back 50 euros each with sweet coffee, digestive wine when you eat well....... They don't weigh on you also because you eat a lot, portions are not gourmet

We had a really good time. Excellent cuisine
Alessandro with his outfit is top. All it takes is a look and a few words to make you feel at home and above all eat as well as at home. Typical home cooking where you find all the love for the flavors and aromas of the past.
We had an appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, first course with tripe and lamb. And then the filibuster's bottle. But what am I telling you to do? I'm going back...badly. See you in the next newsletter. Thanks again

I stopped by chance in this restaurant, there were 2 of us, we were welcomed with a smile, we only ate 2 first courses and water because then we had to travel and I must say that they were very good, even though we didn't take anything else they offered us sweets (very welcome) Thank you and if we pass by there we will definitely stop.

Sicuramente un'esperienza super positiva; un locale situato all'entrata di San Piero conosciuto per le bontà del territorio.
Prodotti e piatti buoni di qualità, prezzo onestissimo.
Il servizio un po' lento ma i ragazzi in sala fanno quello che possono anche perché c'è sempre tanta gente e quindi tempi di attesa lunghi.
A parte questo consiglio 👌👌👌
