Cozy family restaurant. The risotto was delicious!

Recommended by a local hotelier, everyone was excellent. Quality meat and very tender wild boar.

Not being a local, I chose "by heart" by reading the menu: an excellent experience that would absolutely be repeated! Everything was excellent, in particular umbricelli cacio e pepe with truffle, stratospheric!!! Excellent choice of wines. Top service: kindness, courtesy, availability, speed, everything organized to perfection.

We didn't know this restaurant but I must say that it is truly excellent from every point of view. Excellent quality food, very professional and kind staff and a very welcoming environment; excellent value for money. A nice experience

The restaurant is located in a residential context, from the outside it does not promise excellence which can then be found in the very good dishes, I would say almost exceptional. The only thing that I could say is out of place is the speed of the service, where customers don't have time to breathe between one course and another, they are really fast (which could also be an advantage). Normal prices are €30/40 per person. I absolutely recommend it for anyone who is into poetic research in food. Thanks to all the staff.

My partner and I stopped at this restaurant while passing through, but it was a terrific discovery. Convenient parking, large room, not noisy, friendly waiters. Really excellent starters and first courses. We'll be back

Wonderful typical Umbrian cuisine, amazing homemade umbricelli, very tender meat, and excellent wine. Quick and friendly service, attentive to every customer's slightest need.

Excellent typical dishes and warm welcome

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante in pausa pranzo. Sono arrivato alle 14:20 ed il ristorante era ancora bello pieno, pertanto i proprietari mi hanno fatto accomodare nonostante l'orario. Ho ordinato un piatto di umbricelli alla norcina e una trippa umbra con torta al testo. Entrambi i piatti erano ben fatti, specialmente la trippa che era ottima, mentre gli umbricelli mancavano di un po' di spinta e il formaggio grattugiato portato al tavolo non era freschissimo. Le porzioni sono bilanciate, né troppo né troppo poco, se poi si deve lavorare o guidare vanno bene. Il servizio è rapido e i prezzi abbastanza coerenti. Con acqua e coperto ho speso 24€ (10+10+2+2). Tutto sommato lo consiglierei e ci tornerei, anche se non è da tutti i giorni pranzare in questo tipo di ristorante per pausa pranzo.

Ristorante trovato per caso durante un viaggio, non c’è molto da dire: cortesia, velocità e ottimo cibo, in conclusione: quando tornerò da queste parti, tornerò sicuramente nel Ristorante al Sottobosco, complimenti!!
