siamo andati a cena di lunedi sera su consiglio di conoscenti direi che ma scelta fu cosi azzeccata piatti squisiti servizio buono e prezzi ottimi per la qualita sufficcente anche la lista dei vini consiglio la prenotazione

Sono stato invitato ad un buffet in questo locale molto curato. Cibo di ottima qualità con un servizio all altezza della cucina. Spero di tornare presto..

merita sicuramente di essere visitato, posizione suggestiva ai piedi della rocca di Scandiano, locale accogliente, personale cortese e professionale, la padrona Laura ti fa sentire a casa e , con lei, anche tutti i camerieri. Das Ristorante Locanda Al Portone befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss einer historischen Festungsmauer von Scandiano-von außen unscheinbar, von innen gediegen! Wie oft in solchen Fällen waren die Erwartungen hoch und wurden auch erfüllt: Als Vorspeise hatten meine Frau und ich delikat mit Mozzarella und Tomaten gefüllte Panzerotti (knusprig gebackene Teigtaschen). Als Pasta wählten wir Cappellaci Funghi Tartufo und Fiocchi Pere e Formaggio, gefolgt von einem herrlich-leichten Limonen-Sorbet als Überraschung aus der Küche. Den Hauptgang bestritten wir mit Costine Agnello Dorate (gebackene Lammrippchen) und einem Filetto alla Griglia, einem gegrillten Rinderfilet. Beides auf den Punkt gegart und von hervorragender Fleischqualität, es zerging auf der Zunge. Dazu noch gedünstetes Gemüse. Etwas Süßes passte noch hinterher: Semifreddo Menta Bianca con Ciooccolata (Halbgefrorenes mit weißer Minze und Schokoladensauce) sowie ein Mango-Sorbet: Göttlich! Abgerundet wurde das Mahl mit einem Espresso und einem Grappa-den roten Spumante nicht zu vergessen... Pappsatt, aber glücklich verließen wir das Restaurant, alle guten Wünsche dem Wirtsehepaar Laura und Domenico sowie dem lautlosen, aufmerksamen Kellner.
