Relais Villa Pomela In Novi ligure

I had lunch with a sports car club, great place, service ok, a rich starter. The only flaw is the wine, a local dessert that didn't excite me.

A truly special place. It is located a few meters from the main road but incredibly makes you feel like you are in the middle of nature and away from any inhabited center. Surrounded by greenery and the historic villa itself is wonderful. The staff is highly qualified and very kind. Very clean facility. The only flaw is perhaps the gym (for those interested), there are few tools and machines but it can be done.

An imposing Villa in a large park with huge trees. The restaurant is nice outside under a tent roof. Fantastic view to the park. Food was nice and tasty, but I recommend to take 3 courses, as the main courses, especially the fish of the day are little. My Linguine with mussels were not cooked enough, got exchanged with regrets within 10 minutes, perfect cooked. Maybe after the long closing, the processes are no longer trained well. We got the dishes served covered to keep warm and they got removed without checking that we had empty wine glasses. We had to wait 5 min to get the ordered glasses. We got offered one glass of the ordered wines for the mistakes, thanks Maybe that would not make a comment from my side here. We were glad to have dinner in a restaurant after 8 month not traveling abroad. But our entire day was not as expected. We booked an other hotel with restaurant and waited for the confirmation for dinner, but after calling several times, we got the information that the restaurant is still closed but would arrange a dinner on the terrace. On arrival we understood the mail, we got after the call. They arranged a dinner at Villa Pomela, 10 min drive. Not a problem normally, but if you would prefer a night with dinner in the same place not to be forced to drive and just enjoy the place with more than a Glass of wine... That lowered the overall experience and was not the fault of Villa Pomela. I am sure the processes will be soon on top level again to meet the ambition to be a Micheline style restaurant.

Very beautiful and well cared for villa. The external environment is surrounded by greenery. The rooms are large and equipped with all comforts. The staff at the reception are always courteous and helpful. There is the possibility of eating at their restaurant where you can find excellent quality refined food. I often stay at Villa Pomela for work and it is the best hotel/restaurant you can find in the area and beyond. Strongly Recommended

Un'esperienza unica ! A un passo da casa, un posto da sogno. Magia allo stato puro. Come sentirsi una Regina! Servizio impeccabile, appena ti alzi dalla sedia cambiano piatti e forchette e tovagliolo immediatamente. Come sentirsi all'interno del Titanic senza affondare! Luci stupende, giochi di colori, magia, cibo ottimo e si dorme divinamente ! Stra consiglio a tutti di provare a sentirsi come in una favola! Un grazie di cuore per averci regalato un'inizio 2024 davvero speciale!

Nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel pour la proximité avec l outlet mais aussi pour avoir la chance de dormir dans un château ! Tout est d époque mais décoré avec soin et d une propreté irréprochable Excellent rapport qualité / prix

Sehr gutes Essen - ansprechend präsentiert - freundliches Personal Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Qualität der Speisen. Die hauseigenen Weine waren hervorragend - und erstaunlich preiswert. Es spricht für das Restaurant, dass viele einheimische Gäste dort speisten.
