As my first experience in a starred restaurant I chose Re, Santi e Leoni in Nola and the menu created by chef Luigi Salomone.
Once we arrive at the venue, we are welcomed on the ground floor of a historic building in the center of Nola and the historicity is highlighted by the style of the internal walls of the restaurant itself, although the rest of the furnishings are very modern, a gem that I appreciated.
As soon as we sat down, we opted for the "Santi" tasting menu, which was also adapted without any problem to the lactose intolerance I suffer from.
The dishes followed one after the other after absolutely well-balanced waiting times, certainly also designed ad hoc.
I was extremely satisfied with the multitude of dishes that were offered to us, all different but perfectly linked to each other.
The Genoese with cocoa and the beef ribeye with oyster mayonnaise are nothing short of sublime.
Price absolutely in line with the category of starred restaurants.
A wonderful experience, congratulations to every member of the staff.

Ritorno dopo più di un anno in quello che è uno dei migliori ristoranti campani: merito dello chef autore di una cucina prevalentemente di mare di altissima qualità e precisione ma ormai anche di una sala e di un sommelier che sanno il fatto loro. Valgono un viaggio!

Excellent culinary experience in the center of Nola. Ample parking nearby. Excellent service. Each dish was an explosion of taste. Even my two year old daughter liked it. Normal prices for a starred restaurant

Signature cuisine, truly a lot of quality and creativity on the part of the chef. If I can give one piece of advice it is to always give the wine list to show the prices.

Per la prima volta sono stato a cena dallo Chef Luigi Salomone e inizio subito con delle congratulazioni con la C maiuscola .
Abbiamo iniziato subito con alcune delizie delle Chef per poi passare direttamente a un tagliolino con il tartufo bianco delle Langhe . Ottimo il personale,ottima la location,5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First experience in a starred restaurant.
What can I say... to say that everything was perfect is an understatement. Warm and friendly welcome, Raffaele always presented us the chef's dishes with clarity and friendliness and never spared a smile or a joke.
Excellent atmosphere with the right background music... and let's not talk about the chef's dishes!
We took a Santi tasting menu, the dishes turned our palates upside down and left us with incredible flavors we had never experienced until now.
The coffee tagliatelle with prawn and citrus tartare were SUBLIME. Not to mention the desserts that left us speechless.
Highly recommended as a first starred tasting experience because they know how to find the right combination and the right bridge between the traditional restaurant and the gourmet one. The idea of serving hot, freshly baked bread with the chef's ragù to break the "scarpetta" taboo is also nice!
Really great, experience absolutely worth the price!

Oggi siamo stati per festeggiare il nostro Anniversario e siamo soddisfatti della scelta fatta. Il locale e' molto raffinato ed accogliente così come lo e' stato il personale molto cortese e preparato con un servizio impeccabile attento ai dettagli e pronto a soddisfare i.bisognoi dei clienti. Il.percorso degustazione e' stato eccellente. Impiattamenti molto raffinati e piacevoli al palato con un misto di sapori ben equilibrati e delicati accompagnati da un ottimo vino che ne esaltava il gusto. Consiglio a tutti di fare questa esperienza. Complimenti.
