The place is simple but quite nice, it has almost nothing oriental, it has more of a wine shop given the quantity of wine on display.
The dishes for the restaurant location are good but expensive compared to average (a Ramen came to €19 in practice, 8 gyoza €15) and not very large.
The staff is nice but every now and then they were checking, almost obsessively, if we had finished eating and they almost took my plate away before I had finished!! (they were not closing).
Even though we weren't in the center, the cover charge was more than €3!!
And finally I didn't get any receipt!!

Stratospheric Ramen (nothing to envy of the one eaten in Tokyo)
Tori no "kuwayaki" (chicken pieces with braised leeks) very delicate and honetsuki abaraniku (Japanese style rosticcia) an explosion of flavors
Meringue with hazelnuts and chocolate to crown a dinner, as usual at Ramen girl, truly special
Emilio, exemplary host and the girls in the room always smiling

Truly amazing place with amazing food! Really nice and kind people work in the room and, above all, very well prepared! The price is slightly high, but considering the goodness it is worth it.すごい。

The best ramen in Florence!!!
I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, I was struck by the authenticity of the tastes and the passion found in them.
We took the Takoyaki and the Gyosa as a starter, and as the main course two types of copper, one spicier while the other spicier. All accompanied by a white wine from Campania.
The choice of wines is also excellent.

Small but well-kept environment. The cuisine is truly Japanese and not Sino-Japanese. Even the prices prove it! You can also find particular dishes such as their Eel, a dish much appreciated by my Japanese nephew-in-law, but you no longer find my favourite: Tempura

Posto molto accogliente come il personale veramente gentilissimo!
Abbiamo preso un antipasto da dividere in 4, molto buono!
3 Ramen, 1 Udon e un dolce.
Del ramen date le recensioni mi aspettavo meglio ma comunque era buono. Anche il dolce molto buono.
Conto 28€ a testa.. forse un po’ troppo ma siamo state bene!
