Era da tantissimo tempo che non lo frequentavo, soluzione ottima per mangiare all'aperto. Ho mangiato un buon panino non so di come siano altri piatti. Sono tornata dopo un po' di mesi ed ho ordinato un tagliere e sono rimasta un po' delusa non tanto dalla qualità ma dalla quantità. Questa sera ho assaggiato il tosone con la pancetta ai ferri da leccarsi i baffi

Cena con amici. La gestione del Casablanca è veramente in gamba. Sono riusciti a conservare il locale esattamente come 30 anni fa ma a mantenerlo vivo e attuale. Abbiamo mangiato un’ottima fiorentina degli spiedini di pecora e dei buonissimi dessert. I piatti sono molto curati anche nei dettagli che di solito vengono trascurati (come ad esempio il letto di insalatina di guarnizione o le salsine). Metto tre stelle all’ambiente non perché non sia bello, anzi, ma per l’acustica che bisognerebbe migliorare; appena il locale si riempie diventa difficile chiacchierare)

06/04/2024: We had a great time, spending the Easter weekend in a fascinating place, with its castles garrisoning the ancient feudal territory. We stayed in a very large and clean "studio" room, recently renovated. The strong point, I would say, is the restaurant of the farmhouse, a good choice of typical dishes, delicious and carefully prepared, the breakfast was also very well prepared, with "homemade" products. All very good, I would say, a particular praise for an Easter lunch dish, among other things I ate a truly exceptional pork fillet on chickpea cream and Confit cherry tomatoes. On behalf of my family, I would also like to thank Mr. William, manager of the facility, we had a great time and I don't rule out returning, on the contrary... . Thanks for everything and see you soon.
03/04/2024: The restaurant of this farmhouse in the hills of Reggio Emilia is friendly and welcoming. Worth a stop
