Friendly staff, we took three platters of ham, a tasting of 5 cheeses, 1L of water, 0.25 of wine, some sweet and sour asparagus and 2 coffees for €90. It seems a bit exaggerated to me

Impossible to find a flaw. I always have difficulty giving an honors rating but this time it was completely deserved!!! He found.... "What he's looking for" Even a vegetarian!!!

Platter of cold cuts (hunter's snack) more than enough for two, tagliolini with parmesan foam, asparagus and San Daniele ham divine!!! Shop tartare with very good spring sauce, excellent Romagna blackberry pluma. All with a service that is truly worth the 5 stars, we felt pampered. Ah, I forgot that the house aperitif is SUPER, we will definitely be back.

The environment is much nicer externally than internally, where the very modern appearance does not meet my liking.
For food, the choice of wines by the glass is excellent, where I recommend Friulian wine.
Fabulous ham appetizers, mixed cured meats and cheeses, mouth-watering.
However, the pork shoulder dish with asparagus was a bit disappointing. I usually eat this cut grilled after a long marinade in spices and evidently it is a cut that does not lend itself very well to other cooking methods.
The asparagus on the other hand was excellent.
The bill of 37.5 euros is perhaps a little expensive by 15% compared to what I would have expected.

We wanted to go back, we stumbled upon it by chance and passing through, even though we know the place for the delicious raw ham tastings!
We ordered a wonderful risotto, with red beetroot, verzin and dandelion flowers and spaghetti with egg yolk, bacon and pecorino cream, wonderful, for me who doesn't like eggs, I must say that I have this very refined carbonara found it very good!
All washed down with an aromatic Traminer!
Haute cuisine dishes with fair prices.
Very friendly staff and a very quiet and welcoming environment.

Tutto buonissimo e perfetto, abbiamo deciso di festeggiare l'ultimo dell'anno in questo posto meraviglioso ci hanno consentito anche di portare con noi il nostro cane e anche lui è stato trattato divinamente. Menù buonissimo (unica pecca forse la crostata troppo dura) ma il resto tutto perfetto.
Ogni portata aveva un vino abbinato la serata è stata molto bella e ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Cena che ci è stata servita con maestria e servizio impeccabile. Dopo l'aperitivo di benvenuto accompagnato da crostini di polenta e baccalà ci si accomoda e ci viene proposto il tagliere di affettati superlativi... tra tutti meravigliosa la culatta 3.0. All'altezza delle aspettative anche i formaggi accompagnati da una marmellata in abbinamento. Meritano una menzione speciale i tortelli di cotechino con la spuma di
rafano. Meraviglioso l'abbinamento del risotto allo zafferano con dell'aceto balsamico invecchiato. Il cuore di costata arrostito ben abbinato a dei meravigliosi spinaci e una salsa bernese che completa piacevolmente il piatto.
E per....ben finire ... altrettanto piacevole la crostata agli agrumi. Bella sorpresa pordenonese e un plauso alla squadra in cucina composta da giovani cuochi.... Ci torneremo.... e buon 2024 alla famiglia Martin.
