A fixed fish menu at Easter, with 70 euros excellent starters (including raw), tasty first courses (2), perfect second course, dessert, decent bottled wines......... satisfied.

Clean and welcoming environment. Exquisite food and very fresh seafood. Really enjoyed everything from starters to dessert. Highly recommended

Crudi fantastici, primo particolarissimo con gnocchi pecorino e cozze....polipo come da nessuna parte....non mangiavo così bene pesce da tempo ...e da nessuna parte. Prezzi più che giusti vista la qualità delle materie prime e la fantastica cucina. (60 euro con calice di vino - in altri posti ci voleva il doppio ) Ci ritornerò appena in zona.

24/03/2024: Great place highly recommended very welcoming you feel at home! Typical local cuisine with the flavor of the freshest sea When you pass by Mola di Bari you must also pass by Mr. Nino and his restaurant "the ministry of embers"
15/03/2024: Niko is a wonderful host. Friendly and very polite. He made us wonderful swordfish and clams. At our request, he prepared seafood the next day. The surprise was that they were raw in a special sauce. They tasted very good. We have never eaten such miracles. The main course was pasta with shrimps in tomato sauce. Yummmmm. Fingers lickin' good. Dessert - homemade lemon sorbet - simply heavenly. 😍😍😍 We will definitely visit here again. Thank you very much for making our culinary dreams come true. See you ❤️
