"Vegan" pizza with broccoli rabe and porcini mushrooms and a simple marinara with artichokes, mushrooms and olives. The best around 😋😋😋😋

Fresh and quality fish! I tasted the seafood crudité here for the first time and it was an incredible experience to still feel the flavor of the sea while savoring the very fresh fish. The hot appetizers are equally high quality and non-traditional, such as grilled octopus on bergamot puree. The portions of the first courses were generous and arrived hot. The second dish I had - baked swordfish rolls - was as if it had been prepared in a home kitchen and this is where the skill of the chef lies: in knowing how to combine simple ingredients to create a unique dish.

This year, unfortunately, I have to give a failing grade for New Year's Eve dinner.. Exquisite staff, excellent owner... but the menu was poor quality and poorly cooked...... For €70 per person I expected more. Still one of my favorite restaurants... where, usually, you eat well. Good value for money.

03/04/2024: Thousand Note The Restaurant serves wonderful antipasti and dishes.❤️ We chose salmon, tuna, squid, shrimp and shellfish. Everything was perfect, despite the restaurant being quite full. The atmosphere is welcoming and the waiters are very attentive. Impeccable service and a lot of variety on the menu. Il Galileo is excellent value for money and deserves a visit. After dinner there are great options for desserts and liqueurs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La pasta è Pronta

03/04/2024: Very homely atmosphere, you can hardly recognize the place from the street... Service not exactly like a starred restaurant and here the semi-negative notes end: I have never eaten such good pasta. Really: the main ingredient is prepared, cooked, dosed and seasoned perfectly! Raviolo with cheese, pepper and red onions from Tropea (the latter cut into strips and placed outside the ravioli) the TOP. Prices more than adequate and extremely courteous staff: a truly pleasant dinner.
