Im Gegensatz zu anderen Orten in der Toskana ist Colle di Val d'Elsa viel weniger touristisch, wenn auch nicht weniger reizvoll, hat aber dementsprechend eine kleinere Auswahl um sich zu stärken. Wir waren gegen Mittag dort und hatten ein feines Essen. Für ein einfaches Mittagessen war es nicht günstig, aber wie gesagt, kleine Auswahl. Das Essen war fein und die Aussicht schön. Der Service war freundlich aber etwas planlos. Bei einem entspannten Abendessen zu zweit wäre es sicher noch besser gewesen. Für Kinder war es schwierig etwas auf der Karte zu finden.

Excellent service. Pleasant environment! In the city center for a nice walk! Excellent pizza. The portions of the first and second courses are a little smaller! I didn't like the plastic bags where they put the ice for the wine.

Fantastic location, right in the historic center of the town. The dishes are truly excellent as well as particular. Fast service and precise and friendly staff.
The only flaw, we were unfortunately disturbed by the incessant noise of the oven hood (a flaw that is only perceived at those few tables near the kitchen)

Fantastic experience, we were welcomed properly, the food was fantastic we had some pizzas, I had a boscaiola which was delicious, top craft beer... a guy played the piano... so food was amazing, fabulous accompanying music and what can I say, attentive attentive staff to the details... I also discovered after dinner that the waiter who took care of us comes from the same town as me 😂😂😂 great evening to do again

A pretty restaurant in the quiet medieval city of Colle di Val d’Elsa. It’s was past lunch time when we stepped in for a pizza. Oh my, the pizza dough is really good! Better than what we had tasted from top restaurants. It’s crisp on the base but so soft and fresh when bite into it. All the personnel are so friendly and attentive. Overall, a delightful experience to dine here.

Una pizza che merita la visita, buona e molto farcita, e merita il prezzo che si paga anche se è comunque un prezzo elevato per chi ama mangiare la pizza spesso, ma ci torneremo più che volentieri
