Went a couple of times to eat pizza, once with my dog, good pizza, desserts and staff who make you feel at ease, I will definitely be back.

Nice atmosphere, prices not excessive. However. The salad I ate I could have made at home, two eggs and two small buffalo mozzarella (like cherries) cut in half buried in a lot of salad. The pizza was a little (too much, indicating little attention) burnt. I must say very friendly waiter but it ends here. Here if I had to summarize a place like any other. I wouldn't go back.

The food is nothing special. The pizzas in my opinion are a little too thin (the high ones are actually medium, the medium ones are low and the low ones are very thin).
The ingredients are discreet, normal.
That said, the service was excellent, staff courteous, helpful and discreet.
We had various requests, we stayed until closing time, but despite everything they were always very kind.
In short, it is certainly not a starred restaurant, but for an unpretentious evening, it's not bad at all.

I have often eaten pizza in this franchise, this one in Casalecchio and the one in San Donato never disappoint, on the contrary the one in Castel Maggiore which seems to be part of another franchise (poor quality and service).
Here in Casalecchio we ordered a high and a low square, both excellent! The quality of the tomato left an impression on me! Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. To find the nitpick, I would increase the seasonings a bit, but this is a very subjective evaluation. I prefer quality over quantity, and here we are!

Too bad about the interminable waits to eat. Varied menu and good food, nice place, very kind dining room staff who however constantly have to apologize for customers' complaints about delays in the kitchen. Average waiting time to receive the order at the table 30-40 minutes.

The pizza was excellent but unfortunately I have to criticize the cuisine. Let me explain: MY son had ordered a hamburger with fries, after a few minutes the very kind waiter arrives and tells us that the kitchen had told him they had run out of hamburgers, then my son a schnitzel, again with fries, see you again arrive a schnitzel with roast potatoes. Maybe the kitchen has some problem? I say this because at the next table, people who arrived after us brought a hamburger. I mentioned this to the waiter, who apologized, and offered us coffees. Despite this episode, I reiterate that the pizza is excellent.

Pizza ottima,io prediligo la "o sole mio" ,le patate liffe come starter,e per finire un sorbetto al caffè buonissimo! La birra piccola qua e quasi una media.
Il personale è sempre gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni richiesta.
Prezzi conformi a ciò che viene servito.
Veniamo sempre molto volentieri.

Bellissimo posto e pizze buonissime,ma….solo a casa ci siamo accorti dallo scontrino che ci hanno fatto pagare 4 birre che non abbiamo preso. Eravamo in 4 e avevamo chiesto due bottiglie d’acqua e due coca cola, ma erroneamente ci hanno portato due birre al posto della Coca cola. Abbiamo fatto notare l’errore, le hanno portate via dicendo che le avrebbero cancellate, noi avremmo dovuto rivedere lo scontrino appena fuori ma rimane il fatto che ci hanno addebitato non 2 ma 4 birre!!!
Anche la volta precedente c’era stato un errore con una pizza in più nel conto fatta notare prima di pagare. Sinceramente non so se ritorneremo , peccato perché le pizze sono buone.
