Pizzeria Trattoria La Lasagna In Negrar

I've known this trattoria-pizzeria for several years, and when I find out about those parts, I go there to eat very willingly, I always find everything very good. The management is family-like. Friendliness and professionalism. The lasagnette are special, the pizza is super. I recommend it.

We had dinner on the first day of the year with excellent quality cured meat starters, followed by lasagne (pappardella type) with black truffle from Lessinia, all with an excellent refresher from the Valpolicella winery in Negrar. A little dated but renovated and welcoming. Kind and attentive staff! A place that opens to the outside during the summer. We will be back! Well done! I forgot they also have pizza... the dough is spectacular... crispy and light!

Absolutely delicious pizza…. Far too many to choose from mind you 😆. Wine good too. Great to be really close to our accommodation.
