22/05/2024: We had the opportunity to dine at the Japanese restaurant Crudo in Reggio Emilia on a Monday evening. Located on the second floor of a commercial building, it was easy to park outside, although during rush hour it might be trickier to find a spot. The venue operates with two evening shifts, so it is advisable to make a reservation in advance. As soon as we entered, we were promptly accompanied to our table, very basic in black, two saucers, chopsticks, glasses and a small bottle of soy sauce. The interior of the restaurant is modern, with different areas and a variety of tables, even of different heights, and there are stools. Orders are taken via mobile or tablet, using a QR code. The dishes, despite an initial delay, were served quite quickly and precisely, without errors. All dishes were well presented and of excellent quality, both those based on fresh fish and those cooked. However, some hot dishes arrived at the table slightly lukewarm. In general, it is quality cuisine, both for raw and cooked preparations. Some suggestions: given that the table was black without a tablecloth, at the end of the meal there were numerous plate imprints, so it would be advisable to pay attention to this detail. For hygienic reasons, I would suggest serving the soy sauce directly in its bottle. In conclusion, I would recommend the Crudo restaurant in Reggio Emilia for the good food, the welcoming environment and the kind and professional service.
21/05/2024: Good venue
Good service
But lower the kitchen bell
If you eat next door it will have rung 1000 times
After a while it becomes unbearable
