Linus, with a few other locations in the area, is a "new way to eat pizza" - at least from the perspective of traditional Italian pizza culture. Why? Because the young founders of this restaurant only serve "high pizza slices" that are similar to an American pizza: still very tasty and prepared with high-quality ingredients in a wood-fired oven. There are different types of dough: from wheat, kamut, spelled to hemp dough. The restaurant has become a trend and the audience is rather young. The menu is very varied and it's fun to order different "quarters" that the friends at the table then share with each other. Therefore very popular because everyone can try something new and eating pizza becomes an event. There is also a day ticket for lunch between €10-15, also vegetarian, with water and espresso included. The atmosphere is modern _ trendy but also cozy - built in a former factory - therefore: The only drawback: it is very loud and difficult to have a conversation. Totally suitable for an “event pizza dinner with small talk” among friends. The waterfront promenade can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Too good, great and above all very friendly

I'm in Desenzano for a few days, and I know twice that I come to eat in this place and I think there will also be a third time.. Had a great meal and not just the pizza, quality ingredients. The staff, truly competent and qualified, above all very kind. New place, industry style.. really nice.

Focaccia eccellente, pizza gourmet squisita, nonostante io sia fermamente convinta della tradizione napoletana, devo ammettere che si tratta di una tratta imperdibile
