I appreciated the quiet environment of this pizzeria even on a Saturday evening, there were people but nothing unbearable as happens elsewhere. I found the prices very high which however are not justified by the quality of the products, when enough is enough. Furthermore, but this perhaps concerns me and my guests more than the pizza, I found the dough really heavy, I had difficulty digesting it. However, overall, it is right to have this experience to get an idea.

My boyfriend and I went on a Friday and there was almost no one there, we ordered 2 different pizzas (with a good starter) margherita and double-cooked dough, potato cream with porchetta, provola and truffle oil, both very good. service to improve. revisited pizzas, but there was a huge choice with variety of dough. welcoming environment.

Sono stata venerdì scorso in questa pizzeria con mio marito, siamo sempre alla ricerca di locali con ottimo servizio ma soprattutto con un prodotto di alto livello e devo dire che siamo stati soddisfatti in tutti i sensi. Sappiamo apprezzare i sapori autentici di ingredienti semplici ma di grande bontà e non a caso, quasi sempre, la scelta di una delle pizze che ordiniamo ricade sulla margherita proprio per capire i sapori "essenziali" della vera pizza senza troppi fronzoli. Devo dire che da Doro abbiamo avuto proprio una piacevole soddisfazione nel mangiare una margherita doc con un pomodoro degno di questo nome, la mozzarella delicatissima e un impasto morbido tanto da sciogliersi in bocca. Abbiamo poi assaggiato il padellino con la pizza a doppia cottura (prima fritta e poi in forno), bhe veramente una chicca e anche questa divorata in un attimo.... L' ambiente è curato, molto pulito e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile..... Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!! Consigliatissimo
