Since this place opened, I have been eating pizza here every week.
The caloric contribution is more than repaid by the goodness. The pizza chef is a champion. The Capri Blu in Sorrento opened under the best predictions: the miracle of San Gennaro happened! And pizza has truly arrived in Sorrento, where it has never been before. Well done, guys, ad majora.

We went to try the location in Sorrento. We arrive at 9.45pm, they tell us we have to wait at least 40 minutes, so we decide to go for a quick aperitif. We show up again after 30 minutes and our priority has been bypassed 4 times; according to the lady outside, responsible for the list of names, within 15 minutes of being added to the list they called us 4/5 times. Having said that, sure of being the next to enter, we wait. We were called back after a further 40 minutes. Total waiting time: 1 hour just to sit. We arrive at the table, we order immediately and to eat the pizza we waited another 45 minutes, luckily we also ordered a croquette (in my opinion, too much pepper), having understood the trend of the evening. Good flavored pizza, very tasty sauce, same thing for the fior di latte, but the dough was a little rubbery and difficult to digest. So much so that I had digestive problems that same evening.
Average account (Sorrentina). I wouldn't go back.

We ordered really good and tasty pizzas from Capri Blu for the accommodation. A particularly good base. The pizzas came quickly and moderately warm. Yum!

Well we had a great time. The staff was amazing. The food was great. We’re from Chicago and the pizza was maybe the best we’ve ever had. Hope to visit them very soon once again

Il locale è curato, lo staff è professionale ed educato. L antipasto scelto è stato un crocchettone…eccellente, umido e gustoso senza olio in eccesso. Le pizze vengono lievitate con cura, risultano leggere e i prodotti usati sono di prima scelta. Abbiamo preso delle pizze gourmet : una napoletana rivisitata e una pulled pork, un’acqua, una coca e una birra piccola per un totale di euro 43,00. Ci riandrò di sicuro.
