Excellent, tagliatelle with rabbit ragout, for dessert tiramisu and ricotta. everything is very fresh and tasty.

We stopped by due to the high review rates but we were pretty disappointed. We had to wait 1 and a half hours for a salad and a pasta dish. The salad was not bad but had no dressing just a bunch of leaves you need to flavour with oil and vinegar. The carrot pasta was pretty average. We might just have been unlucky...

If you are looking for fine dining in sienna Quattro Venti is a five star restaurant with over the top food and excellent service. These people go out of their way to please. You and the dining experience is some of the best that we have had in sienna for the time that we were here. All I can say is this is why you go to Italy.
Three Americans walking around our favorite mid-sized city, Siena. Unlike the states, many of the best restaurants do not open until 7:30- so we strolled until it was about 7:15 and a lovely waiter standing in front of the restaurant said we could sit down until service started.
Lucca, our server, brought us housemate Papa di Pomodoro from last night's bread and it was a lovely welcome treat. He grew up "less than 400m" away and clearly had so much love for the neighborhood. He knew more about wine at 22 than anyone we'd ever met! Recommended a wonderful Etna Rosso from Sicily.
The real treat of the meal was a pasta special. Thin noodles with a carrot sauce, light stracci cream sauce drizzled on top and finished with crispy local bacon. UN BELIEVABLE! The best pasta dish I've ever had. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Lucca!!!

Auf dem Weg zu unserer Contrada kamen wir hier immer vorbei und haben im "Vorbeigehen" schon die leckeren Gerichte gesehen, die hier im Außenbereich serviert wurden. Also beschlossen wir, hier auch mal einzukehren - auch wir wir mal wieder etwas Neues ausprobieren wollten. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: Unser Enkelkind (knapp 3) bekam innerhalb von 5 Minuten seine Pasta mit selbstgemachter Tomatensauce, und wir hatten erst einen "Gruß" des Hauses, dann als Vorspeise überbackene Aubergine und anschließend einen wahnsinnig leckeren Fasan. Die Speisekarte ist kleiner, dafür gibt es immer frische Gerichte. Wir waren hier mehrfach beim Essen. Schön ist auch der Innenraum mit typischem Gewölbe. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns gut mit dem Wein beraten.

Se ci fosse una stella oltre la 5 questo ristorante se la merita tutta. Cibo di ottima qualità ben cucinato e impiattato (perché giustamente anche l 'occhio vuole la sua parte!) . Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da una pappa al pomodoro offerta dal proprietario, come benvenuto. I primi offerti dal menu non sono molti, ma quelli che abbiamo assaggiato noi erano da leccarsi i baffi. Delusi dall' esperienza fatta la sera prima in un altro ristorante abbiamo ordinato un tagliata..che dire... qualità ottima e cottura a dovere. Anche alcuni contorni e i formaggi del tagliere meritano un giudizio positivo. Il conto giusto per la qualità di ciò che abbiamo mangiato ma anche per il servizio.. veloce nel servire e molto cordiali . Il prossimo viaggio a Siena noi ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo.
