Unexpected surprise in Cassano delle Murge. Excellent experience that introduced us to a very special and innovative culinary journey that pampered us from start to finish. Courteous and kind staff, prepared to carefully explain the products, flours and leavening methods. All very good and tasty, amazing pizza dough...... In my ranking it comes in first place. At the Cice pizza restaurant I spent a nice evening with friends. The environment is comfortable, the staff friendly, the service sufficiently quick. We took pizzas and some snacks: I found the ones based on homemade bread tasty, hot and fragrant. The chef tries hard to offer things that are not too obvious, sometimes with results a bit like this: I appreciated the truffle pizza; the one seasoned with ragù is a little less so. Overall, however, the opinion is absolutely positive.

Exhausting wait... We would need a little more staff at least on weekends. I highly recommend going and eating pizza or panzerotti from Monday to Thursday.

Pizzeria is probably not enough to describe it. They are very quick in service and have an excellent taste in the combinations they offer on the pizzas. Maybe I would just see the oven again. Great discovery.
