Gas oven (not wood) they explained to us that the dough always varies, the one we tasted on Saturday evening was a fine pizza with excellent ingredients but really DRY. I am sorry. Service and location ok.

Durante le feste siamo passati in Umbria, abbiamo scoperto questo posto limitrofo al nostro hotel. La pizza era veramente buonissima, tanta varietà di scelta e personale gentilissimo. Consigliato!!

24/03/2024: On the way back from Ladispoli we stopped to visit Perugia. For lunch we stopped at this very nice restaurant, the staff were very welcoming. We decided to eat some Sushi and tried an ossobuco. Finally we shared a dessert, hazelnut cream with berry sorbet and an almond cramble. Super Well done Super
