We opted for the "freehand" menu, and each course masterfully explained the restaurant's cooking philosophy, based on seasonal and local ingredients that enhance the territory. Each dish was a symphony of flavors and textures, accompanied by excellent wines that completed the gastronomic experience perfectly. A restaurant that deserves to receive its first star soon.
