I went to this pizzeria for a birthday. The pizza is very good although it does not have a large menu of pizzas and appetizers. Friendly and helpful waiters, the bill for four pizzas + olives + bruschetta + desserts and drinks was very expensive. You can easily find a place for your car.

Excellent food and the pizzas are stratospheric, the best I've ever eaten, the place is small and coldly furnished, the service a little too fast. M remains always in the heart when you want to be sure of eating an excellent pizza.

We celebrated my father's 70th birthday at Pizza e core. Excellent food, perfect service for professionalism and friendliness. The beef tartare and the assassin are amazing. Thank you Giuseppe and staff for this wonderful evening which we will repeat soon!

Siamo stati in 2 + una neonata. Pizza molto buona e ricca , prezzi in linea con il mercato. 2 pizze elaborate +acqua+coca+olive, 33€ totale. Pizza stile napoletano contemporanea molto sazievole: consiglio di non prendere antipasti perché altrimenti non si è in grado di terminare la pizza

La pizza è buona con un impasto che definirei semi-napoletano con bordi alti e soffici e centro basso tipo pizza barese. Ottimi gli spaghetti all'assassina, piccanti al punto giusto, unica piccola pecca il piatto in cui vengono serviti ovvero una pirofila ad S molto carina ma poco pratica per mangiare gli spaghetti. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi bassi. Vi consiglio di assaggiare il liquore al mandarino, arancia e limone insieme!

30/03/2024: Dinner menu at 24.90 including cover charge, extensive menu, not too many sauces on the food and a lot of raw food available on the menu, unlimited salmon Sashimi, cicchetti offered at the end of the meal. What would I add? Maybe the possibility of ordering with tablets and adding a themed playlist to create a bit of atmosphere. Sushi really promoted!
12/03/2024: Educazione, attenzione e tempestività hanno fatto da padrone. La cameriera si ricordava il vino che presi la volta precedente, fantastico.

02/03/2024: Excellent restaurant🍽️located in the historic center🏘️of Conversano, menu📖with the right quantity🙂and quality😋of fresh local products. I recommend the platter of cured meats🥓and cheeses🧀 as a starter, while the burnt wheat orecchiette🍝 as a first course. Very nice environment🤩well done with characteristic objects of the area. Service👨‍🍳courteous and kind. I'll be back.
28/12/2023: I've been there several times recently, the menu is rich, I've always had a tasty dinner!
