Pleasant lunch at altitude, friendly staff, but they sin on the table service without tablecloth and placemats, a little bare, good dishes but not excellent as I would have expected. The tagliolini with truffle only tasted like butter, the truffle tasted like cardboard... the carbonara had the seasoning on the side... they evidently paid more attention to the scene than the substance. Worth the place. The restaurant less so

It was our first experience in a starred restaurant, and obviously I have to say that it was a very nice experience. Starting from the Service which in my opinion was the most impactful thing (All perfect on the details and never make you feel in awe). The food is very good with beautiful dishes. Minimal portions yes but with a great concentration of taste (you will leave very calm). Wine list ok, wine list perhaps too expensive in my opinion. The quality/price route is highly worth it if you want to have the experience. Advised!

One Michelin star. And he definitely deserves it. The restaurant is located on the 35th floor of the San Paolo skyscraper, from here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city; and it is this atmosphere that creates the setting, accompanied by simple and elegant furnishings. The menu satisfies all tastes. Excellent dishes. Kind and affable staff. A nice experience.

A 360 degree sensorial experience that is priceless.

Location spettacolare in un ambiente piccolo ma molto curato. Molto personale ad assistere giovane e sorridente . Impeccabile. Iniziamo con caviale burro di alpeggio su pane di segale accompagnato da un calice di champagne. Ottimo. Poi menù lago ed un menù giro d'italiano. Un secondo primo non presente nei menù era una sorta di carbonara con prosciutto essiccato da spezzettare sulla pasta per poi aggiungere un rosso d'uovo con gin liquidi. Eccelso. Degni di nota il gioco 4 cioccolati dove assolutamente fantastica la chips di sedano . Agnello in crosta cotto alla perfezione ( sezione a metà con stesso grado di colore sui 4 lati). Nel menu giro d'italia fantastico zucca e amaretto con base grana padano. Sapori che inizialmente spigolano sui 4 lati della lingua ma poi si fondono in un bell'equilibrio. Stesso discorso per il risotto aglio nero e baccalà. Sommelier preparato con abbinamenti di vini particolari un po fuori dagli standard classici
