Premetto che a raccontare questo piccolo gioiellino, nel cuore storico della vecchia Nuoro, si correrebbe il rischio di farne un racconto dimidiato e mondato dalle emozioni di accoglienza e intimità che quelle mura e questa cucina sono capaci di trasmetterci. Ottimi taglieri di carni selezionate, e una carta dei vini che abbraccia un intero territorio: cannonau di Nuoro, Mamoiada, Oliena. Lasciatevi suggerire, accompagnare, dalla gentilezza e dalla competenza dei proprietari. Sapranno regalarvi una catabasi frenetica e sensuale, nel sapore di carni e verdure grigliate capaci di soddisfare ogni palato.

Chissà in quanti coglieranno la citazione. Mai piano B ha avuto miglior successo. Ad ogni modo, bella esperienza a Nuoro. Proposte molto interessanti e un ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità-quantità. Bella scelta anche per quanto riguarda la cantina.

Un posto veramente speciale Il calore spontaneo e la qualità dei piatti proposti è davvero di un livello non valutabile con le stelle di questa piattaforma Lo consiglio a tutti Dai palati più sofisticati a quelli che hanno nel cuore il concetto di "locanda". Prettamente consigliato agli amanti della carne. Ci rivediamo presto e ancora complimenti

02/04/2024: Everything was excellent, it's a pity that the rooms were not well taken care of, very little would be enough! Personal restaurant and excursion definitely recommended.... Slightly cheaper overnight stay.
01/04/2024: Weekend with family. Visit to the nature reserve, accompanied by a trained guide with ties to the area, in contact with the unforgettable native flora and fauna, especially the direct contact with the fallow deer. The museum dedicated to fauna is interesting, also directed by a trained guide. The comfortable rooms with top air conditioning. The homemade cuisine with typical 0 km products, abundant and varied, compliments to the chef as well as the impeccable organization of the room even when full. Finally, congratulations to all the members of the family-run company for their hospitality, stubbornness and dedication. I highly recommend
