I went with my family to eat at this nice restaurant. The environment is very well kept, tidy, clean. The two very young waiters provide attentive and kind service. We shared some truly delicious and well-made starters, the foie gras escalope worthy of note; the crunchy egg technically well cooked. If I have to point out an error it is in the tartare, it was not beaten with a knife as it should be but was passed through the meat grinder and therefore once seasoned it became a "pap" with little consistency but the taste was pleasant. As a main course we took a nice Fiorentina weighing more or less 1 kg and it was cooked correctly, it was tender and had a good flavour. NICE DISCOVERY!
