The location is certainly a plus for the view. A positive note is the handcrafted piadina dough. The concept is similar to that of the "Piadineria", but with less attention to the selection of raw materials. The ingredients in general were of medium-low quality, e.g. the cooked ham of mediocre quality, ditto the pickled shrimp, and the pink sauce. In the tasty dish, to degrease, a little salad and some cherry tomatoes would have been served, here are the attentions that are missing to the details, which would make the difference. There is a lack of vegetarian and vegan options, there were only two but quite sad with the usual vegetables. It is not yet clear that vegetarians and vegans do not only eat vegetables. The salads, for example, were very inviting to the eye and plentiful, even too much so, I would select better quality raw materials for the piadinas, and reduce the exaggerated portions of salad. (In the Piadina the quality of the cured meat is FUNDAMENTAL) and I'm sorry but here in general that love for the raw material and attention to detail was missing. It deserves the place but I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend it for the product.

Relaxed spot for a sundowner cocktail or Spritz. Lot of locals. The good aperol comes with some nice snacks to a very reasonable prize.

Kiosk a few meters from the lake with a view of Sarnico, ample parking, beautiful outdoor space. Good flatbreads.

I finally found the perfect place! Excellent piadina, breathtaking view, excellent service and attentive and welcoming staff. I highly recommend this beautiful place. I would give 6 stars!!!
