13/04/2024: Genuine and tasty appetizers. The second courses, made exclusively with meat from their own farms (and you can feel the difference compared to what you buy at the supermarket or butcher's shop). The wild boar sauce is also good, very soft and tasty. The staff and the owner do their utmost to please everyone in the best possible way (and, in my humble opinion, they succeeded). Only flaw: the tagliatelle were a little overcooked for my tastes. The swimming pool overlooking the hills is also very impressive. I definitely recommend it.

07/02/2024: Really pleasant and well looked after farm, we took part in the guided tour of the company and stopped for lunch. You can see how there is passion and dedication in every little detail, inside and outside the room. The cultivation and breeding choices that Matteo told us in a clear and punctual way were very serious and the tour among the goats was truly fun. I agree with the choice to offer a limited menu but with almost exclusively self-produced raw materials: it gives the dish an extra note, even if the cuisine is already excellent in itself.
