A vederlo passeggiando sul corso quasi non si nota, se non per il cartello in strada che mostra il Panpolpo. Complice l'orario entriamo e nel banco c'è una esposizione di polpi preparati in tutti i modi. Ovviamente la nostra scelta cade su 2 Panpolpi. I 10€ meglio spesi in questa vacanza. Panino stracolmo di polpo perfettamente cucinato, morbidissimo e saporitissimo. Ottime anche le vaschette per l'asporto. Se passate da Bosa il mio consiglio è di fermarvi e pranzare qui, in uno dei due tavolini disponibili all'interno. Consigliatissimo.

Polipo freschissimo e cucinato direttamente dal proprietario. Noi l’abbiamo preso e mangiato sia a pranzo che a cena. Complimenti. Da provare

Agriturismo Nuraxi e Pinna

01/04/2024: We stayed at the Nuraxi e Pinna farmhouse on Easter day. The dishes offered combine Sardinian tradition with innovative touches, creating a truly different experience compared to the usual agriturismo. Furthermore, each ingredient comes directly from their company and in fact everything is fresh and tasty. The owner and staff are extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to welcome guests with a smile and provide detailed explanations of each dish. The only small flaw I could point out is the waiting time between the various courses, which can sometimes be a little long. We will definitely be back and will recommend it.
01/04/2024: Authentic Flavors of Sardinia Typical Sardinian cuisine with slight reinterpretations, which further enhance the flavors of our land. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything is strictly HOME MADE. IGNAZIA and her team, always smiling, will tell you about the multiple courses.
