The 'ice prawns' sandwich was TOO good. Personally, I never get tired of it. Otherwise, I would only give the others a simple tasting bite, with the exception of the gourmet sandwiches of the day offered at the moment and therefore different from those on the menu. They are often very inviting! Raw dish perhaps too expensive compared to the quantity contained in the dish. Very nice location, but too much confusion.

I ordered two sandwiches, the first with salmon tartare and the second with prawn tartare. Very high quality of products, crunchy sandwich and adequate prices.

We had the octopus panini and my friends really liked it, but I found the bread hard on the outside. I almost felt it scratching the roof of my mouth. Potato chips are great together with the sauce. I would say the prices should be lower, but the food is overall great and I would like to try more.

Stay in Polignano and eat a sandwich here. Maybe I was lucky, I didn't have to wait in a long queue and I even found a seat in the restaurant as it was August. Maybe it was because I didn't have high expectations (they make sandwiches everywhere now and they're good too), but I found the fried octopus sandwich excellent. A great mix of taste and care to be bitten and really enjoy the experience. Ps.: then there's water in aluminum bottles which saves the environment but kills your wallet 😅, but this is a detail! Advised.

Place was pretty full but we found a place, waiting time was good. We tried the tuna burger, salmon Tatar, and fried fish All of them delicious

02/05/2024: Una cena composta da un fritto croccante e goloso e un primo equilibrato e gustosissimo uniti a un ottimo servizio fatto di competenza e gentilezza per un prezzo assolutamente equilibrato. Assolutamente consigliato!
26/04/2024: Ormai il nostro ristorante preferito, siamo tornati per provare le nuove proposte e come sempre una delizia per il palato. Spettacolari !!! Bravi tutti!

09/08/2024: Excellent selection of raw fish, with high but acceptable prices for the type of location, pasta with clams not up to par even though the clams were very good. Raw seafood dish with too many frills, and seasoned... but raw seafood should not be seasoned, it must be tasty on its own and if you season it it means that it wasn't... 3 stars too many but the ambience deserves it, music soft on the port of Porto Ercole.
08/08/2024: I'm a girl called Olivia (niece Valentina) I loved the restaurant and everything. I'm 12 years old but I know a lot about raw food, I recommend it.
