If you are looking for "homemade" flavors then you are in the right place. A welcoming and familiar environment with capable staff make this restaurant the right place to spend a nice evening or a quick lunch, with appetizers and first courses cooked by expert hands and high quality meats. .....because in Terracina you don't just eat fish!!!

Se si potesse darei 20 stelle, un locale curato e accogliente, ma sopratutto la qualità delle materie prime, altissimo, il personale sempre presente e mai troppo invadente. È stata la mia prima volta in questo locale ma ci tornerò volentieri. Qualità della carne oltre ogni immaginazione.

Tutto perfetto, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, vi consiglio l’antipasto della casa (in realtà anche solo con quello eravamo sazi), i primi ottimi. Personale gentilissimo!! Ritorneremo

Vado spesso al Pegaso e devo dire che ormai è una garanzia! Carne buonissima e tenera così come antipasti e primi! Prendiamo sempre la tagliata(una delle più buone mangiate), mentre l'altra sera abbiamo voluto provare la chianina servita su ghisa da 1,3 kg e non ha deluso affatto!!

Sono tornato e tornerò....hanno delle carni fantastiche ma soprattutto, le sanno cucinare davvero bene. Sono cortesi, preparati, disponibili. Non hanno mai sbagliato nulla. Manzetta prussiana e marango viterbese eccezionali. Prezzo più che giusto

11/03/2024: Hands down, the best restaurant in Latina city. The chef, a young but already very skilled boy, revisits the Italian tradition with a skilful use of sauces. If you love strong and balanced flavours, you can't help but come and taste what the menu offers you. The owners, Roberto and Marcello are very welcoming and competent, they will be able to guide you according to your tastes. Worthy of note is the choice of natural wines, all of which are excellent and can be paired with every dish on the menu. In short, a special place for your Latin evenings.
