Lots of confusion in the coffee service

We stopped here three times during our stay in Naples and all the desserts were excellent. High quality pastry! The only problem is the staff, especially the female ones. There is not a smile, not a friendly word. There were long faces and a certain heaviness in serving customers. One day the blonde girl serving the tables wasn't there and the two ladies behind the counter didn't move to bring the order to the table. Luckily there was the gentleman who also worked for them. Let's say that a bit of goodwill is missing, but above all the smile that costs nothing. Despite this, we were very happy to stop here due to the quality of the desserts.
