The friendliness and kindness of the staff here is just wonderful. They didn’t have the very specific cookies we were looking for at the moment but they told us of another bakery just down the street that might have them. That bakery did in fact have them so we came back and had delicious coffees at Scivoli and thanked them for being so nice. All this was done with our very bad knowledge of Italian!

The best cannoli and best cassatina! really good and kind. We met them in our stop in Caltagirone, recommended by some local traders. Shop that is not noticeable and a little far from the center. But absolutely not to be missed.

I ordered by telephone some typical Christmas sweets from Caltagirone, the “Collorelle”. I was assisted by the owner with extreme kindness and professionalism. I received the desserts just two days later in perfect condition. The quality and flavor of these desserts is excellent. I regret not ordering them in years past. I highly recommend Dolceria Scivoli.

Here I enjoyed an unforgettable cassatina: thin icing and sponge cake, combined with a fresh and very light ricotta. The cannoli is also excellent. A pastry shop with its own production which, as the very kind owner explained to us, has a tradition that dates back to his grandfather. Availability of tables both inside and outside. Modest prices. Easy parking. Highly recommended

Appena si entra saluti e attenzione immediata. Il personale è gentile e premuroso ed attento. La pasticceria è il non plus ultra di Caltagirone e dintorni. Ottimo il caffè.
