We ordered a birthday cake in the shape of a number, what can I say: Stunning! The best I've ever eaten. The staff was kind and punctual. Purified is always a guarantee. When we placed the order they were very kind and satisfied us with every request. Before leaving they also gave my son a delicious slice of ricotta and chocolate tart, a of their workhorses 😁

A pastry shop, a certainty! Goodness and quality guaranteed. Always attentive to needs and requests. The Vegan Tarts are worth trying, they are delicious and then cakes for birthdays and ceremonies on request. Cake with ricotta and blackberries...my favorite!

I discovered this pastry shop by chance in the heart of Frascati, at first glance you might not notice it because it has only one window but, when I saw the different people waiting I couldn't help but look out and notice the delicacies, since then I have been their regular customer. You can find everything from them, from donuts to biscuits, from tarts to birthday cakes. Among their products, my favorites are the tarts, in particular ricotta and blackberries, a real delight for the palate but I would also recommend the ricotta and Nutella tart which is very suitable for children and despite the presence of Nutella it is not at all cloying. The thing I particularly love is that if you order a cake, it is baked especially for you almost shortly before collection so it remains really crumbly even the next day. Since I discovered Purified, no pastry shop can compare anymore, also considering the availability and kindness of all the staff.

What can I say.... excellent quality and courtesy.. I recommend you go there... the desserts are excellent....

Per un compleanno ho preso due tore: un millefoglie e una crosta di fragole: entrambi SUBLIMI... da purificato trovi gentilezza e qualità

Piccola pasticceria familiare che mi ha conquistata prima con le frappe e le castagnole, poi con i bignè di San Giuseppe e oggi anche con la crostata di ricotta e more. Frolla buonissima , ricotta freschissima e ottima marmellata nella giusta quantità rispetto agli altri ingredienti. Continuate così perché create dipendenza!!!
